Before you begin:

  • Find a clean, open space to lay out all the parts.
  • Identify all the parts using the included Quick Start Guide included in the shipping box.
  • No tools necessary to assemble.

Quick Tips for Using the Restful Pump® Chair
 
Upright Chair Position:
  1. For comfort with multitasking in the upright chair position, the headrest is completely removable.
  2. Multitasking (working at a desk) is recommended in the upright chair position only, to avoid possible muscular strain.
  3. Users that wear glasses (or other) may want to remove the headrest, while working, in the upright position only.
 
Forward Leaning Chair Position
  1. The most forward leaning chair position is recommended for rest with the headrest on.
  2. The headrest MUST be securely locked into place when using the chair in the forward leaning position.
  3. It is not recommended to use the Restful Pump Chair in the most forward leaning position without the headrest.

To start your lease, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Reserve your Restful Pump® Chair which includes the first month’s rent.
  2. Agree to the Terms and Conditions on the website during checkout.
  3. Share the time frame you would like the chair delivered. Shipment of chairs are subject to availability.
  4. Restful Pump® will send a notification with a tracking number when the chair is ready for shipment.
  5. You'll be asked to sign up for the monthly subscription and put down a security deposit.
  6. Every month your credit card will be billed for the subscription amount until you tell us that you no longer wish to use the chair and want to return it.

We are also offering a feedback program for a 1-month lease.

At this time, we are offering a leasing program while we update our product line.  Your feedback is important to us.  If you are interested in purchasing or buying the unit during the lease, please contact us at info@restfulpump.com or call us at 978-RES-TFUL (978-737-8385).

No, it does not come with a breast pump or pump accessories.  However, we have designed the chair to work with all types of breast pumps and pump accessories.

When you reserve your chair, you will be asked to enter in who will be using the chair and we will automatically set up your Restful Pump® account for you.  An email will be sent to inform you of the account being set up.

For a limited time we are offering more than 50% off of the first month rental subscription price to individuals who provide feedback about their use of the Restful Pump® Chair.

Participation in our Feedback Program:
  1. Fill out our feedback survey daily after a pump session.
  2. Duration: 4 weeks minimum
  3. More than 50% off first month chair rental.
*Extended chair rentals can be arranged.

You will have a link in your Account to the Feedback survey.  Please use the link from your account since it has information that we need about your chair.

At the moment, we are only accepting payments through PayPal due to the subscription. You do not need to have a PayPal to use your debit card / credit card on PayPal. 

Reservations are first come first serve.  You will get a notification when your unit is ready to be shipped and we will provide you with a tracking number and further instructions.

Yes, you can put down the security deposit and let us know who is receiving the chair during the checkout process.  We’ll send you an email on how your relative or friend can access their account.

Go to the login screen and click on the forgot password link.  This will give you instructions on how to reset your password.
