Shipping returns
Please notify us at info@RestfulPump.com 30 days prior to your intended return so we can provide a return shipping label for you. Please indicate the date you would like the unit scheduled to be picked up. Please be mindful of your monthly charges as we would not want you to be charged for having the unit when you are not using it.

We recommend a two-person lift. Please place it the unit with all provided accessories back inside the carry case, then please pack up the box that it was originally shipped in, if possible. FedEx will be contacted for pick up and shipment.
Exchange or Upgrade Unit
Depending on where you live, shipment times may vary.
Refunds
Please notify info@RestfulPump.com immediately if you are not happy with the product. We will work with you to resolve product issues or other related issues, if possible.
We understand, unforeseen circumstances, and we want the best for you and your family.
If the unit must be sent back, we recommend a two-person lift. FedEx will be contacted for pick up and shipment from your chosen address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
